TADI, saya google-google lah blog orang kan. Main tekan-tekan je. Then jumpalah website yang mengandungi info tentang Virgin Coconut Oil. Then, ape lagi, saya pun teruja jugak nak tahu kebendakah ini kan. Terasa jugak nak mencuba. Seorang aunty kakak menasihatkan saya, jika nak kawin dalam masa terdekat, janganlah guna produk itu ini yang entah pape.Takut effect. Nak lawa terus naik tompok-tompok. Itulah kakak, saya pun tak tau nak kawin dlm masa terdekat ni. Tetibe je kena kahwin paksa suka rela.HAHA.

Kini, en.tunang suruh saya jaga makan je. Jangan makan seafood favourite saya tu.huhu. Ikut jugaklah, tapi kalau dia tak de saya makan jugak sikit. Then, mula lah gatal-gatal. Menyesal. Esok taknak makan lagi. Dah beberapa bulan saya amik colagen yang diminum setiap pagi, juga mengambil Vitamin C.Kalau lupa selalu skips.haha. Then sekarang saya jumpa pulak VCO ni. aiseh.

What is Virgin Coconut Oil?

Virgin coconut oil is derived from fresh coconuts (rather than dried, as in copra). Most oils marketed as "virgin" are produced one of three ways:

Quick drying of fresh coconut meat which is then used to press out the oil.

Wet-milling (coconut milk). With this method the oil is extracted from fresh coconut meat without drying first. "Coconut milk" is expressed first by pressing. The oil is then further separated from the water. Methods which can be used to separate the oil from the water include boiling, fermentation, refrigeration, enzymes and mechanical centrifuge.

Wet-milling (direct micro expelling). In this process, the oil is extracted from fresh coconut meat after the adjustment of the water content, then the pressing of the coconut flesh results in the direct extraction of free-flowing oil.
